Enclosure, panel, buttons, stand, connections and any physical damage.

DISPLAY TEST
Screen operation, panel defects, brightness and colour on white and dark test screens.

CONNECTIVITY
Every relevant input is tested — HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, USB-C where fitted.

CLEAN
Screen, enclosure and stand cleaned properly.

GRADE
A+, A or B — assigned honestly. Cosmetic wear is disclosed, never hidden.

PHOTOGRAPH
We photograph the actual condition, not a manufacturer render.

WARRANTY
The 3-month SCREENDROP warranty is attached before it goes on sale.
