WHAT'S COVERED
- Display faults that appear under normal use.
- Input/port failures (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, USB-C where fitted).
- Power and control failures.
- Stand or adjustment mechanism failure under normal use.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Physical damage after delivery or collection.
- Liquid damage.
- Cosmetic wear disclosed at the time of sale.
- Damage caused by modification or repair attempts.
HOW A CLAIM WORKS
- WhatsApp or email us with your order reference and a description.
- We troubleshoot with you — many issues are cable or settings related.
- If the fault is covered, we repair the unit, replace it with an equivalent or better unit, or refund you.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
